Soft bread, consisting of 20% of the malted wheat and rye grains. Bread is baked in accordance to the exclusive recipe with addition of sprouted wheat grains, retaining all the benefits of sprouted grain.

Exclusive german forms are used for proofing of the dough, which gives the bread airiness and softness,and also contributes to the formation of a crunchy, fragrant crust.
